Introduction
The last two decades a multitude of organisations, educational courses, new laws, official experiments, research projects and institutions have emerged introducing mediation in the Nordic Countries. It can be described as the modern mediation movement or a grassroots peace movement. Nordic Forum for Mediation and Conflict Management is a meeting place for conflict mediators from different fields of work.
