Introduction

A three member Tribunal composed of Professor Francisco Orrego Vicuña of Chile; The Honorable Mark Lalonde P.C., O.C., Q.C. of Canada; and Judge Francisco Rezek of Brazil, have today rendered their Award in the arbitration brought by CMS Gas Transmission Company against The Argentine Republic under the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes Between States and Nationals of Other States.
