Introduction
Well good afternoon ladies and gentlemen and welcome to this third session of our seminar today which will be on denial of justice in local courts. Now denial of justice, deni de justice, is something we used to read about in the public international law text books. Nowadays, however, it has become again, I am inclined to say, an important and critical issue of international arbitration in particular in the international investment arbitration and we have two highly qualified speakers and experienced speakers who will educate us on that topic today.
