Investment and Sovereign Immunity of Foreign States in Argentine Law

Abstract
During the '90s, the Republic of Argentina implemented an economic opening policy and a state reform aimed at attracting foreign investment. This gave rise to a disarrayed network of legal economic relations. It is then possible that a foreign State enters into a contract with an Argentine company or individual. If so, can the investing foreign State be sued before the Argentine domestic courts?
