Introduction

This award, in the amount of 26,450,993.36 Swiss Francs, rendered on April13, 2005 by the Claims Resolution Tribunal(CRT), situated in Zurich, is the largest to date among the so-called Deposited Assets Class (dormant Swiss bank accounts) of claims. The award must still be approved by United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and then will be paid by the Special Masters appointed by the Court.
