Abstract

Since 2004, ICSID is facing a third generation of annulment applications against awards rendered by ICSID tribunals. In the matter of ICSID arbitration as well as in international arbitration, one of the problems raised by annulment applications is the enforcement of the award pending the annulment proceeding.
