Three of the institutions that have a leading role in the foreign investment field, the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) co-organised a symposium on December 12th, 2005 in Paris, at the OECD headquarters.
