Introduction

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the damages, methodologies and fee apportionment decisions in published decisions from The International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes ("ICSID"). This article includes a description of damages methodologies used in ICSID disputes as well as an empirical analysis of their use. Also included is an analysis of interest calculation methods as well as decisions by tribunals related to the division of arbitration fees.
