Lack, Jeremy
Article from: TDM 1 (2007), in Mediation & ADR
Summary
Although mediation may not provide a complete solution in all cases, the author believes that

and technology-based world, regardless of whether the mediation itself ends up providing a final
settlement agreement. It can also interact with parallel litigation and arbitration proceedings
to provide similar benefits.
