Summary

This Regulation prescribes principles, tasks, powers and processes of coordination among state agencies, organizations and individuals concerned in settling international investment disputes at international arbitration or arbitration, other non-Vietnamese judgments (international arbitration). This Regulation does not apply to the settlement of investment claims settled by Vietnamese arbitration, courts or agencies or organizations under the law of Vietnam.
