Summary

This has been a paper application by SL Mining Ltd (SL) for a costs order on an indemnity basis against the Republic of Sierra Leone (Sierra Leone) as a result of Sierra Leone's discontinuance of its second challenge under s67 of the Arbitration Act 1996 to the jurisdiction of the Arbitrators in an ICC arbitration.
