II. ORDER
3. The Tribunal has taken note that the Parties have reached an agreement, and confirms that (i) the dates for the hearing on preliminary objections are vacated; and (ii) the proceeding is suspended as of 11 May 2021.
4. The Tribunal invites the Parties to provide an update on the status of the proceeding by 11 June 2021.
