Summary

By a Notice of Appeal dated 19 June 2025, the Appellant appeals against the dismissal by the Royal Court (Commissioner Sir Michael Birt sitting with Jurats Christensen and Berry) of its application to set aside the ex parte order of the Bailiff giving leave to the Respondent to enforce an arbitral award dated 25 September 2024 of the London Court of International Arbitration ("LCIA"). The judgment under appeal ("Judgment") was handed down on 22 May 2025 ([2025] JRC 137).
