Summary

This is an action to recognize and enforce an arbitral award (the "Award") issued on November 27, 2024, in ICSID Case No. ARB/20/18 in favor of Deviandes and against Peru, 1 as corrected by a rectification decision (the "Rectification Decision") issued on March 19, 2025.
