Summary

The Court would point out that it makes no determination on any of the grounds raised by the Defendants on appeal, indeed it does not have the authority to so, including the application of the provisions of the International Arbitration Act [2017] to the substantive dispute, other then in the instance covered under section 12 of the Act.
