"In view of the above, the Sole Arbitrator :

(i) Pursuant to Articles 19 and 22 of the ICC Rules, the Sole Arbitrator rejects the Claimant's request to withdraw the claim without prejudice and, accordingly, orders that the proceedings shall continue.

(ii) By way of an extraordinary procedural measure aimed at preserving Claimant's right of defence, Claimant is granted a final extension until 5 May 2025 COB ... to submit its Statement of Claim."
