Summary

Olive Group FZ-LLC, a Dubai-based security services company, filed this action in 2024 to enforce an arbitration award that it obtained against the Afghanistan Civil Aviation Authority (ACAA) for breach of contract. In June 2025, after the ACAA failed to answer or otherwise appear, this Court granted default judgment to Olive Group and confirmed the $15,286,002.30 arbitral award.
