The MOA's definition of Banking Days served only to identify that 8 September 2022 was the third such day after notice of readiness was given. The question whether payment was made on that day is determined by whether it was made before midnight, local time, in the place where the obligation to release the balance of the purchase price was to be performed, which was Norway.
