E. DECISION

71. For the above reasons, the Tribunal hereby orders that:

a. The Respondent shall by Thursday 26 June 2025 produce to the Claimant all those documents listed in Privilege Log A, save those as to which a claim solely of attorney-client privilege is asserted therein;

b. The Respondent shall serve and file on the arbitration record further copies of the Award and the dissent in TC Energy which are unredacted, save only to Procedural Order No 6 on Claimant's Requests for Further Production the extent of references to documents in respect of which attorney-client privilege is claimed in Privilege Log A;

c. Otherwise the Claimant's Further Requests are denied;

d. Costs reserved.
