X. DECISION

487. For the reasons set out above, the Committee unanimously decides as follows:

a. The Application for Annulment of the Award is dismissed in its entirety;

b. Peru shall bear all costs incurred in connection with this annulment proceeding;

c. Peru shall reimburse 50% of the Claimants' costs of legal representation, this amount being US $1,252,340.85;

d. All the other requests from the Parties are dismissed.
