V. DECISION
48. For the reasons set forth above, the Committee decides as follows:
a. The Hearing scheduled for 26-27 August 2026 will be held remotely instead of in- person in Paris.
b. The Applicants' request for reapportionment of the Call for Funds is denied.
c. The framework of Administrative and Financial Regulation 14-16 applies to calls for funds and consequences for non-payment, which is a matter for the ICSID Secretary-General.
