Responding Party Freeport-McMoRan Inc. ("Freeport"), on its own behalf and on behalf of Sociedad Minera Cerro Verde S.A.A. ("SMCV"), submits this Rejoinder in response to the 24 June 2026 Reply on the Application for Interpretation of the Award ("Reply") submitted by Applicant, the Republic of Peru ("Peru"), and in further support of Freeport's 3 June 2026 Counter-Memorial on the Application for Interpretation (the "Counter-Memorial") in regard to Peru's 18 March 2026 Request for Interpretation of the Award ("Request" or "Request for Interpretation"), which concerns the Award issued by the Tribunal on 17 May 2024 ("Award").
