On 5 February 2026 Fung started an arbitration against Angela Chen, East Triumph Holdings (ETH) and (the Project Company) as respondents. By the arbitration, Fung sought relief concerning a Joint Venture Agreement dated 16 July 2018 (the JVA) between Chen and himself. The JVA contains an arbitration agreement.
