The Attorney General's Office (PGR) reports that Honduras obtained a favorable decision before the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (CIADI), in the arbitration promoted by the Mexican company JLL Capital.
The Arbitral Tribunal ruled, by majority, that it lacks jurisdiction to hear the controversy, so that the State of Honduras must not pay the US$ 460 million claimed.
The PGR reaffirms its commitment to the defense of the heritage and interests of the State of Honduras.
