Summary

There are two applications before the court for setting aside and recognition of the arbitral award by the applicant (Pesa Print) and the respondent (Austria Card) respectively. The two applications are the two sides of the same coin. However, consequential ordering is that the one for setting aside the award starts followed by the one for recognition and enforcement.
