VI. DECISION
47. For the reasons stated above, the Tribunal decides that:
i. The request for an order requiring Claimant to provide security for Respondent's costs is denied.
ii. The request for an order requiring Claimant to pay all advances on costs is denied. Without prejudice to the Tribunal's final decision on costs under ICSID Convention Article 61(2), each Party shall continue to pay one-half of the advances to be requested by the Secretary-General to defray the estimated costs of this arbitration.
48. The Tribunal reserves decision on the Parties' cross-applications for orders awarding their costs and fees associated with this Application.
