Summary
This is the second time this appeal has reached this court. It is from a decision of Richards J ("the Judge") by which he dismissed an appeal from ICC Judge Burton ("the ICCJ"). The ICCJ dismissed an application by Mr Drelle, the appellant, to set aside a statutory demand issued by the respondent, Servis-Terminal LLC ("ST") and made a bankruptcy order against Mr Drelle. Permission to appeal to this court from the decision of the Judge was given on several grounds. When the appeal first came before this court, Mr Drelle succeeded on the first ground, which was a point of law, and the remaining points were not addressed. The Supreme Court allowed an appeal from this court's decision on the first ground and remitted the rest to this court. This judgment addresses the remaining grounds of appeal.
