The Arbitral Tribunal finds as follows:
1. The Respondents shall jointly pay the Claimant KRW 865,051,167 and the amount calculated at the rate of 6% per annum from June 5, 2023, until the date of full repayment.
2. The Respondents shall bear all arbitration costs and the retainer portion of the Claimant's attorney's fee. To this end, the Respondents shall jointly pay KRW 29,571,626 to the Claimant.
