A Decision was rendered by the Chairman of the ICSID Administrative Council on 20 May 2011 on the proposal to disqualify the party-appointed arbitrators, Prof. Brigitte Stern and Prof. Guido Santiago Tawil, under the ICSID Convention and in light of the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration ("IBA Guidelines").
