Invitation to write: Article on Dispute Resolution Provisions of International Health Regulations
5 June 2020
The Transnational Dispute Management (TDM, ISSN 1875-4120) law journal is interested in an article on the dispute resolution provisions of the International Health Regulations (2005) (the IHR), the key international legal instrument regulating the "international spread of disease" and binding 196 States, including all Member States of the World Health Organization.
Preference will be given to prospective authors with demonstrated experience in issues of health law. Therefore, please include a description of relevant experience with your proposal. The selection from among proposals will be unreviewable and idiosyncratic.
The final article must be at least 5,000 words, not counting footnotes. As always, publication of the final article is subject to peer review before acceptance.
Send your proposals to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Deadline: at your earliest convenience, the accepted paper (subject to peer review), will be published via our Advance publication channel.
Note: we need only one paper on this subject, so selection will be subject to the discretion of the publisher and editorial team.
