5 June 2020
Update January 2021 This call for papers is now closed.
The Transnational Dispute Management (TDM, ISSN 1875-4120) law journal is interested in an article on the dispute resolution provisions of the International Health Regulations (2005) (the IHR), the key international legal instrument regulating the "international spread of disease" and binding 196 States, including all Member States of the World Health Organization.
Preference will be given to prospective authors with demonstrated experience in issues of health law. Therefore, please include a description of relevant experience with your proposal. The selection from among proposals will be unreviewable and idiosyncratic.
The final article must be at least 5,000 words, not counting footnotes.[1] As always, publication of the final article is subject to peer review before acceptance.
[1] The layout of the articles should conform to TDM’s submission guidelines available at www.transnational-dispute-management.com/contribute.asp (more information available upon request).
