The event opened with thought provoking remarks by Lucy Reed, setting the scene for a rich and timely discussion on international commercial arbitration and the rule of law by Anthony Daimsis, Alice Fremuth-Wolf, Franz Schwarz, and Patricia Shaughnessy.

A timely reminder how important thoughtful dialogue, principled debate, and a shared commitment to strengthening arbitration as a cornerstone of the international legal order is.
