Oscar M. Garibaldi is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and independent arbitrator. Oscar practiced law at Covington & Burling LLP for 34 years, between 1979 and his retirement in September 2013, specializing in international investment and commercial arbitration. He taught public international law and legal philosophy at the Cornell Law School and the University of Virginia Law School.
