Jason D. Cain is a Director of Business Development for the Investment Banking, Valuation & Financial Opinions, and Dispute Advisory and Forensic Services practices. He is responsible for business development and account management activities for the firm. Mr. Cain has over 16 years of experience in dispute analysis and forensics, international arbitration and investigations, commercial litigation damages, business valuation, due diligence, and private wealth advisory services.
Mr. Cain has experience in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, energy, oil and gas services, retail, and financial services.
Prior to joining SRR, Mr. Cain was a Private Wealth Advisor for Paul Comstock Partners where he provided fee-only, impartial financial counsel to high net worth individuals, families, and institutions. Mr. Cain also has extensive expertise assisting multinational corporations navigate the dispute resolution and investigation process by providing dispute analysis and forensics, business valuations, and other complex business consulting services.
Mr. Cain is the Treasurer and on the Board of Directors for Pink Door Non Profit, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting women cancer survivors. He is also on the Friends Advisory Board of CanCare, a non-profit organization that provides emotional and relational support to cancer survivors.
Mr. Cain is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Houston Estate and Financial Forum (HEFF), and Association of Corporate Growth (ACG).
