Profile

Following his graduation from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley, Mr. Walsh served as a law clerk to Judge Juan R. Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Mr. Walsh is a Deputy General Editor of Arbitration International and a member of the Arbitration Committee of the New York City Bar Association. He is a frequent author on investor-state and international commercial arbitration.
