Mr. Denis King has over 40 years of domestic and international, engineering and project management, experience in the electric power industry and has worked on power generation projects, utilizing a variety of technologies including: combustion turbines, including combined cycle, reciprocating engines, coal and waste coal boilers, and solar and wind projects. His experience includes working on all project phases including: engineering design, contract negotiation, contract implementation, construction oversight and coordination, claims negotiation, startup and performance testing oversight, O&M oversight, and interactions with lenders, partners and independent engineers, and serving as an expert witness for construction claims. Mr. King is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland, and a Fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
