Romesh Weeramantry is a Foreign Legal Consultant at the Singapore office of Clifford Chance. He specializes in international commercial arbitration and investor-State disputes. His professional experience includes work at the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal, the United Nations Compensation Commission and at a leading Swiss law firm. His publications include International Commercial Arbitration: An Asia-Pacific Perspective (Cambridge University Press 2010 (co-author)), Treaty Interpretation in Investment Arbitration by Oxford University Press 2012), and The Hong Kong Arbitration Ordinance: Commentary and Annotations (2^nd ed. 2015 (co-editor)). He is also an Editor of the Asian Dispute Review and on the Editorial Board of the ICSID Review.
