Natacha acts as counsel in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations proceedings under the auspices of ICCN ICSID, UNCITRAL, and LCIA in both in the English and Spanish languages. The disputes have arisen out of sectors as diverse as financial services, oil and gas, software, and water concessions.
Natacha has an LLM in Law and Economics from the University Torcuato Di Tella. She is currently a Phd candidate at the University of Buenos Aires.
Author of several articles and papers in matters related with her fields of expertise. She has been a member of the Committee that drafted the problem for the 2011 edition of the FDI Moot competition. Natacha actively participates in academic activity related with her field of expertise as coach of teams from the University of Buenos Aires that participate in international arbitration moot competitions, both in the English and French languages. She is also a member of the Committee that organizes the Competencia Internacional de Arbitraje under the auspices of the University of Buenos Aires and the University of Rosario, Bogota.
