Alexander Milner is a barrister practising at Fountain Court Chambers in London. He specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on civil fraud, banking, aviation and commercial contractual disputes. He is a fluent Russian speaker and has a particular interest in cases with a Russian or CIS dimension. Significant matters in which he has recently been instructed include Berezovsky v. Abramovich, BTA Bank (Kazakhstan) v. Ablyazov and Tajik Aluminium Plant v. Ermatov.
