Rupert D'Cruz, a Russian speaker, specialises in commercial and chancery litigation and international arbitration, including commercial contract disputes; civil fraud and asset tracing; company and shareholder disputes; banking and securities; sale of goods; and chancery, equity and trust disputes. A significant proportion of his practice involves Russian and CIS disputes. He is Secretary of the British-Russian and British-Kazakh Law Associations, the Bar Council of England & Wales' representative for Russia and the CIS and a member of the executive committee of the Russian and CIS Arbitration Network.
