Noor is an English-trained solicitor who specialises in international arbitration, and art and cultural heritage law. She has practised in London, Paris, and the United Arab Emirates. Noor has presented and published widely in relation to arbitration and cultural heritage-related issues. She is also a Senior Fellow of Iraq Heritage.
