Dr. Almutawa received his Bachelor of Laws from Dubai Police College, his Master of Laws from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his Doctor of Philosophy from University of Portsmouth College of Law. He is an Arbitrator. Also, he is a Senior Legal Adviser and Researcher in the Legal Department of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigner Affairs-Dubai.
