Dr. Avv. Anna de Luca is an international law scholar and practitioner specialized in international investment law, arbitration, and EU investment policy. She has been practicing in the field of investment arbitration since 2007. She holds a PhD in International Law from the University of Milan, and regularly lectures on international investment law and arbitration at Bocconi, where she worked as a research fellow in international law from October 2010 to October 2014.
She has authored many articles and works on international investment law and arbitration, and European policy over foreign investments published in international law journals and volumes (Yearbook on International Investment Law & Policy, The Journal of World Investment & Trade, The Italian Yearbook of International Law, Columbia FDI Perspectives, and TDM).
She routinely acts as investment expert for the Italian Ministry of Economic Development (MISE) in respect of European investment treaty-making issues at the EU level, and acts as Liason Office for the AIA (Associazione Italiana dell'Arbitrato) within the Collaboration Agreement between the AIA and MISE.
