Kendra Magraw specializes in international arbitration, particularly investment, commercial and sports arbitration, as well as issues related to international trade law and public international law.
She has worked in varying capacities in private practice, as well as at the International Investment Agreements Section of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
She has a Masters in international law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. She has authored, co-authored, edited and contributed to numerous publications related to public international law and international arbitration.
She is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and is professionally proficient in French and Spanish, in addition to her native English.
