Takem Enaw is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts in England and Wales. He was trained as a solicitor in England and has significant legal experience in commercial work, as well as civil and commercial litigation in the UK. Additionally, he has more than a decade's experience in banking and development finance practice, and infrastructure and energy law, having previously worked as Legal Consultant for the African Development Bank and as Legal Counsel at the Caribbean Development Bank. He is currently an independent legal consultant, and the Founder of the umbrella international non-governmental organisation, the Bethesda Group, with presence in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Cameroon, the United Republic of Tanzania, and the Republic of Uganda.
