Anton Tugushev is an internationally experienced consultant and legal professional with a background in international trade and investment. He worked with the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C., where he supported cross-border investment projects, public-private partnerships, and regulatory analysis across a range of development contexts.

He has his PhD from the City University of Hong Kong, with doctoral thesis focusing on the role of legal frameworks in promoting sustainable economic development, with particular attention to international investment and special economic zones. His academic work has been presented at leading global conferences and complemented by teaching experience in higher education institutions in Europe and Asia. Anton also holds an MBA from ESADE Business School.
