Profile
Sarah is a thought leader and an experienced interdisciplinary and international regulatory expert, specialising in sustainable energy. SKB International Energy & Environment conducts interdisciplinary research, analysis, and policy development related to sustainable energy for Governments, regulators, development banks, NGOs or private companies.
Ms. Keay-Bright has advised and written on a wide range of topics relating to the energy sector, including electric vehicles, energy markets, smart grid, demand response, energy efficiency and emissions trading. From 2016-18 she was Head of the Energy Efficiency Unit of the Energy Charter Secretariat. She has also previously worked for the Regulatory Assistance Project (a best practice global NGO specialised in energy sector regulation), the Environmental Change Institute of the University of Oxford, the University of Warwick and Her Majesty's Treasury.
Ms. Keay-Bright earned a master's degree in chemical engineering and European studies from Aston University, as well as master's degrees in both politics research methods and environmental change and management from the University of Oxford.
