Isabella Seif is an Australian lawyer, specialised in public international law and international dispute resolution. For the past five years (2014-2019), she has been an Associate at Volterra Fietta, representing foreign investors and States in investment disputes and advising clients in a range of public international law issues. She has a particular interest in business and human rights and is currently completing a PhD at the Université de Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne) on corporate responsibilities and obligations under public international law.
She holds a BA and an LLB from the University of Sydney and an LLM in Public International Law from the Université de Paris II (Panthéon-Assas). She is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and in Australia (NSW).
