- Arbitration Experience: Aside from providing advice regarding international arbitration to numerous Swiss and foreign clients, Mr. Scherer acted, since 1994, in more than 30 arbitrations (ICC and other) as sole arbitrator, party-appointed arbitrator, counsel to a party or secretary to Arbitral Tribunals. The proceedings were governed by a variety of procedural and substantive laws.
