Satvinder Juss is a Barrister, who has rights of audience at the AIFC Court & International Arbitration Centre, and has acted in complex multi-jurisdiction commercial litigation, with a developing interest in arbitration and mediation.

Juss has appeared in all the courts in the UK including , the Privy Council, the Supreme Court (and House of Lords) the Court of Appeal, the High Court, and in Tribunals such as the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

He is a Council Member of the Indian Council of Arbitration and has given Ad hoc advice on arbitration matters in India. He is an Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator. Juss is also a Deputy Judge of the Upper Tribunal.
