Zahra Ejehi is an in-house counsel at National Iranian Oil Company's legal department working on international commercial and investment arbitration cases. She is a PhD candidate in International Investment Law at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) working on the research topic of "The Iranian Foreign Investment Protection Regime with a Particular Focus on the Iranian Petroleum Sector". Zahra received her LLB from University of Tehran (2005), her Master of Arts in International Commercial Law from Shahid Beheshti University (2009), an LLM from University of Lausanne in International and European Commercial Law (2016) and an LLM from Queen Mary University of London in International Dispute Resolution (2023).

She speaks Farsi, English and French and she is acquainted with Arabic and Turkish.
